AI for local services: the field first, the admin prepared
Dry cleaner, driving school, cleaning, taxi, estate agency: the days are spent at clients' premises — the admin waits for the evening. Here is what the AI prepares for these local service businesses, and what it will never do.

The daily routine of a local service business
Ask an independent what waits for them when they get home. The list always comes back:
- the job schedule — slots to string together, delays to catch up;
- quotes — the one requested on Tuesday and never sent back, the one to price;

Dry cleaner & laundrette: returns, deposits and reminders

Concierge services: cleaning does not forgive delays
The AI prepares the visit schedule, instructions for the team, linen lists and key tracking. In case of delay or the unexpected, it prepares the reassurance message to the guest — never sent without approval. It does not replace the on-site gesture: noticing, deciding, repairing stays human.
Equipment rental: ski, car, motorbike, bike, boat
The AI prepares contracts from the templates, keeps condition inventories, prepares return reminders and balance invoices. For an equipment fleet, it spots the deadlines: maintenance, services and inspections to schedule. In high season, requests arrive in waves; in low season, it is time for rates, opening dates and works. The AI prepares seasonal calendars, spots the periods to price and keeps up balance reminders. The decision to open, close or change a rate stays with the owner: it is prepared, never taken.
What the AI will not do
Three limits, stated before any commitment:
- it does not plug into your business software. Schedule, till, booking app: it works on the files the tools can already output; a connection is studied during the Audit call;
- it does not reply to clients instead of the owner. Confirmations, quotes, reviews: drafted, never sent without approval;
- it makes no binding decision. Rates, contractual commitments, sensitive instructions: the AI prepares, the human decides
A proven method, not a concept
This method was not invented for local services. It was installed in an independent car garage — 3 people, about 2 hours of admin in the evening. Since then, the activity report arrives at the chosen rhythm: unpaid invoices first, reminders drafted, never sent without approval. According to the client, the evening to-do list has left their head. No gain figure is claimed.

An installation that comes to you
These trades are practised everywhere in the French-speaking world — France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, French-speaking Canada. An on-site visit is possible depending on the area, otherwise installation is done remotely — same method, same rules. Travel is charged extra, on quote, stated before you decide. The target: independents and very small businesses (about 1 to 20 people) — not franchises or integrated networks, whose tools and decisions come from head office.
